CHIEF ESTIMATOR
Sweeney Excavation is looking for a Senior experienced Chief Estimator. Candidate must have experience in Civil Construction including Earthwork, Infrastructure,Demolition, Concrete Foundation Construction. Experience with HCSS Software a plus.
Project Manager
Candidates must be experienced with analyzing and adjusting construction schedules/ Gantt chart. Also must have experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Must have knowledge of materials, methods, and the equipment involved in the excavation and construction of highways, roads, infrastructure, concrete foundations etc. Applicants will need to have understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Project Superintendent
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position within the excavation trade. Applicant must have knowledge of materials, methods, and the equipment involved in the excavation and construction of highways, roads, infrastructure, concrete foundations etc. Applicant will be required to be reliable, responsible, dependable, and have a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction. Applicant will need to have the ability to accept criticism and deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
Heavy Equipment Operators
Candidates must be able to proficiently operate any or all of our core heavy equipment, including Bulldozers, Payloaders, Excavators, Articulated Trucks, and Rock Crushing Equipment as well as comply with the Operations and Maintenance guidelines for all Heavy Equipment
Skilled Trench Laborers
Candidates must be able to perform installation of and maintenance on Piping Systems; specifically sewer, water and storm drainage systems as well as comply with the Operations and Maintenance guidelines
Concrete Form Setter
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position within the concrete foundation trade.
